Vegan Retreat- Star Mountain Animal Sanctuary

Come on this compassionate journey to discover the gift of communicating with animals and at the same time dive deeper into your relationship with yourself. During this retreat you will learn how to talk with animals, how to read physical ques, and how to connect on an emotional and psychic level to animals, with lots of practice time. You will do visualisation meditations to connect with your animal spirit guide and empowerment meditations to help you step into your true self. In the morning there is an optional gentle somatic yoga/movement class suitable for beginners where we explore our own physical body through gentle movement, helping us to find balance on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual planes
We live on a rustic farm dedicated to helping animals. We rescue, rehabilitate, rehome or provide life long sanctuary for abandoned and abused animals . When you come and learn with us you support our  rescue. We are also vegans because we love animals. During the retreat you will get to sample loads of really tasty vegan food, we love sharing this mindset with others and if they ask helping them to move towards a more compassionate way of living.
